But what if you were able to build a house that’s worth 2000€/m for 1400€/m? then you would have made a profit of 60000€ on just 100m2 of property.
Here is where our unique construction methods come into play. Since we are using unique but time-proven methods, we can cut out the middlemen and save around 30% in the construction part, due to faster building processes and a big use of environmentally friendly materials like straw insulated walls instead of concrete.

We setup our Teams, Contractors, Architects, Suppliers and Building methods in a way to not only support sustainable building, but cost efficient building without reducing the quality of the built. Our straw insulated walls alone save us roughly 25% of cost and time per house compared to the average market price.
This allows to win the market easily. We develop a project that’s more sustainable and premium than the market at a price that’s lower than the market. We only make a profit when you make one. Until then, you only pay the actual costs.
Depending on if it is going to be a cashflow or a flip project, we either aim to get a cost-efficient plot or land in a high demand area or soon to be high demand area. We use data analysis of growth, the long term and short term rental analysis to find high yielding areas with undervalued prices.
After we understand how much a house is worth in our specific area, we then proceeding to calculate if we are able to build and finish our project for at least 30% cheaper then the general selling price, including the land price. Only after we secured this crucial part are we going to the next step of starting the project. This allows us to excel the market and have a guaranteed profit of the project from the very beginning.
Among other things, we cut out the middle men, have our own crew and don’t pay inflated construction prices – but most importantly we use sustainable building methods, for example, strawbale insulated walls: Not only does it cut our construction time in half, saves us lots of money in labor and concrete, but it provides way higher R-Values and thus better insulation, among other things. On top of that, we help the environment out, since the CO2 impact of concrete is immense.
Our projects are finished roughly 50% faster, are roughly 30% cheaper, and are better insulated and of overall higher quality.
